First of Nancy is very sweet, proffesional and kind. All of her tools are disinfected, placed in a sealed new bag and put under a uv light drawer until ready to use. She is the cleanest nail specialist I have ever been to. I got neon lemon lime toenails and she did such a neat and clean job. The color stayed on my toes perfectly for weeks. The organic smells fill the room with whichever aroma you choose (out.of her awesome jars) for the air that you can personalize and for your foot bath and scrub. All made by hand. She not only gave me what I wanted but she included a little message with it. I absolutely love this set!
