Management are arrogant and blame their staff or customers for what are their short comings. It is NEVER their fault. They do NOT value clients that have dealt with them and been loyal to them for over 30 yrs

The lady my mother spoke to was beautiful, the man in the show room also beautiful. The 2 men that came to fit the carpet were absolutely awful. Rude and couldn't even acknowledge her. Didn't tell my mother they'd finished installing the carpet and left the after care information paper on the floor at the end of the hallway, couldn't even muster the respect to hand it to her on their way out. They just left. Very disappointed and won't be going back.

I just had vinyl timber planks installed and could not be happier. They look absolutely fantastic. Service was excellent. Fast, efficient and very professional. The 2 men that installed my job were exceptional. Very experienced, polite, friendly and they did an amazing job with excellent attention to detail. They cleaned up and left my home with a truly beautiful new floor. Would recommend 100%. They surpassed my expectations. Many thanks to all.

Overall good experience. On time for the quote and transparent through the admin process. On the day of install they were 4 hours late due to a previous job going longer than expected. Not an issue except for the fact I had to call asking where they we're. Once they arrived, they were quick and excellent.
