Dr. Diaz is the best. Great nurse staff too.
Had to have a blood drawn, and had lots of trouble in the past with those. They had Kiki on staff, and she can take it out without you even realizing anything happened. Least painful blood drawl I’ve ever had. I’ve also been seeing Dr. Crutchfield here for physical therapy, and finally after years of pain(and bad therapy other places), I’m feeling better than I have in years. Starting to feel like I can actually do things again. Dr. Diaz has been great as well, really happy with my care here so far.
Dr Chi.... please discuss with me why putting your patients on hold for 15 minutes is necessary? Im calling in to discuss prescription refills and schedule an appointment.. Very disappointed
I made an appointment here because Dr. Rogers was listed as in network for my insurance. I gave my insurance information over the phone when I made my appointment. I took a day off work to go to this appointment, and it was very important because I'm having vision problems. When I checked in they explained they don't accept my insurance. After some research, if I went to see Dr. Rogers or Ogwuma NP at another location my insurance would be accepted, but not at this location. I wish I could say nice things. I've been a patient here for 11 years. Over time the service has become almost nonexistent. Today was my last straw. They had no available appointments on this last Friday so I was forced to go to a local urgent care. I was diagnosed with pneumonia. The urgent care bills as a PCP and they reminded me to have my doctor send over a referral so that my visit was covered by insurance. Left a message on Monday, no response.
