Terrible. Been going to them 15 years. They have deteriorated become rude. Just dont get it right. When pointed out they humilate you. Only 2 of them all their colleagues have left. They have become mean. Messed my hair. 15 years and done. Do not recommend at all. Their techniques are old and they have become old and disgruntled. Went back to fix they made it worse added orange and they know i hate it. Asked for ash this is what I got now I need to live w it 200 later

This is an outdated salon in terms of trend, technique, coloring, and cut. I lived in Nyc for 15 years before relocating my family and come from a fashion forward high tech hair service upkeep. If you simply are not able to complete a request please be honest. Honesty goes a long way in today's market.

My first time with Joanne. She did exactly what I wanted. The only complaint when blow drying and flat ironing she didn't apply any heat protectant. I'll definitely see her again.
