After our sump pump failed and our basement flooded, we needed to replace our carpet so my home based business could could get back up and running as quickly as possible. Sarah came out, on her day off, to measure our space and evaluate our needs. She retuned the next day with samples and the ability to install the next day or the following day based on our schedule. Sarah went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend Trend Carpet and Sarah for great customer service!

I hired Trend Carpet & Tile in August 2022 to refinish approximately 3,000 square feet of Brazilian Cherry ¾” hardwood floors in our Naperville home. The company’s name should have been our first red flag—“Trend Carpet & Tile” doesn’t even mention hardwood floors, which isn’t their specialty. My advice: look elsewhere. We worked with Sarah, the daughter of the owner, who lives in our neighborhood. She was not helpful when I first reached out with concerns.
