I hired Trend Carpet & Tile in August 2022 to refinish approximately 3,000 square feet of Brazilian Cherry ¾” hardwood floors in our Naperville home. The company’s name should have been our first red flag—“Trend Carpet & Tile” doesn’t even mention hardwood floors, which isn’t their specialty. My advice: look elsewhere.
