After our sump pump failed and our basement flooded, we needed to replace our carpet so my home based business could could get back up and running as quickly as possible. Sarah came out, on her day off, to measure our space and evaluate our needs. She retuned the next day with samples and the ability to install the next day or the following day based on our schedule.
