Terrible, they did not even give me a return phone call one way or another. At least they can say they are not interested!
Save yourself the hassle of digging a trench yourself and contact Trenchmasters. I can speak from personal experience their pricing is fair and they get the job done (expertly quick too). We dug a trench ourselves with a Home Depot Rental it took us 2 full days for about 200 feet of 12” trench. And cost us more/day than we could’ve paid for the job to get done. Robert was responsive in scheduling and showed up on time. He made quick work of the job I needed and priced it fairly. Cost was less than renting the same machine at the location Home Depot, couldn’t recommend this service enough!
