We stopped at this location first, ready to place our order and pay, and unfortunately had a very frustrating experience. The receptionist never greeted us, and continued answering phone calls and helping other people without acknowledging that we were standing there waiting. Two customers who arrived after us were helped before us. Even after I said I was ready to place the order and had my credit card in my hand, we were still ignored. If you ever need to pick up an order from this place be ready to wait around for a couple hours.
Rude! Very poor customer service, not what I remember as a long time contractor client. Invoice full of petty charges, pallet charges on large size pavers that can’t be transported without! My advice is go elsewhere! You will be happy you did Beware
