We lived in these apartments for just over a year. Some tenants ruined the experience for all. We were told when moving in to hang pictures, and decor. Then at move out we were told not to fill the holes, and that we would be charged if we did because they use special putty and paint. Then they charged us for 8 hours of painting for nail holes, and one quarter size hole. DO NOT APPLY HERE. THEY POST FAKE ADS TO POCKET APPLICATION FEES. Here is my story, I went and looked at these townhomes and the girl had major attitude about us coming and looking at it. Every phone call i made to her she was annoyed at me calling asking questions. I eventually did the application to be put on a waiting list. She said she would notify me if one comes available.
