Honestly over priced housing and the property management blows. They tow cars without notice.
We currently own a townhome in this neighborhood and I can say that the community of resident owners whom we’ve had some type of interaction with have been extremely friendly and helpful in many ways. So just reading these reviews I felt compelled to address some of the points brought up since I have a small amount of insight and no one likes ignorance. My water has been cut off multiple times because Toll Brothers hasn’t paid the water bill. Do not buy property from toll brothers if they “claim” they will pay the water bill. **Update** 2 days later, the water has been turned on to the other buildings but still no water at my building which is connected to the leasing office. Was told it would be turned on by 4:45pm yesterday and it was not. Do not move to any property managed by Toll brothers unless you do not need water.
Currently renting a house in Tremont Station. Our house's water was cut off three days ago because of an issue with the Home Owner's Association and Charlotte Water. Supposably, the HOA did not pay the water bill. However, I cannot confirm whether this is true or not, because we cannot get any one to tell us what the issue is or when it will be resolved.
