I have been wanting to take a minute to write about our experience with Demo & Claudia Nunez of Treamont Realty. Following a most horrific experience regarding the sale of our Methuen, MA, home by an Andover, MA realtor (or should I say scammer?), we found ourselves having to return our property to the market. As a landlord, This was my first time using a real estate agent to rent one of my apartments.
