Overall a good clinic but misleading as our doctor will only allow his patients to see him, so there isn't an option to see someone else if he's away. In that case, you have to wait in the crazy drop-in line. Most irritating is that the office does not answer phones on Fridays. Today, I have been waiting as first in line since 8 am, 2 ½ hours! Totally irresponsible. Would have gone to urgent care if I'd known -- and will do so now.
