I must definitely share a most pleasant experience with staff member Tom at Tremont Apartments with this recent snowfall when I was outside clearing snow from my edler roommate's car when Tom on his plowing equipment yells out to me & has me back up the car & plows & salts the entire spot. "Honestly, what a gem that man! I seriously appreciate his amazing kindness is grately appreciated!" Also, the landlord Nakeem & his willingness to see to any issues is most appreciated surely.
