Been coming here for a few years now and let me tell you it's nice to have an office that takes my insurance nearby! The staff are always friendly and in my last visit the dentist was able to do my filling the same day after my cleaning. I'll continue to come here for my dental work. Overall, great location and clean office

Appointment was rescheduled 2x with the week of the appointment getting 4 calls asking me if I am coming into the alter location to which I had to correct them every time. Once at the establishment, they clearly double booked the appointment slot. I understand They were having some server issues and I was patiently waiting till their IT person came and fixed the issue before taking X-rays for a cleaning. Negligent. I have been extremely respectful and patient with this dentist because I understand they are working on a low budget. However, I cannot stress how bad I have been treated here. I came in for a root canal and needed two crowns. They took a mold of my teeth and told me to come back in three weeks. I did, nothing came and they redid the mold. I asked why and they said it was probably lost in the mail. I came again three weeks later and again they said they didn’t have them they didn’t know what happened but that they... read more
