Deb and Robert were wonderful. They went above and beyond to be help.
I had the funds in my account and they purposely held it so it can be negative to charge me $32. Mind you I had a deposit that same day they purposely held. I knew the big banks for doing this but the credit unions are now starting also. Over 13 years as a customer and it's been redundant I will be shopping for a black owned bank.
This credit union has helped me so many times. If it wasn't for their help I would have been homeless. Or without a vehicle to use for work. Whether it's the Granite st location or Roslindale location. I am shown patience, professionalism and more. I am thankful for your help! I could say more! Thank you, Satisfied customer
