Always a great experience at Tremble! Every instructor gives clear instructions and comes by to correct form when needed. The workout itself is one of my favorites — more challenging than a typical reformer class and it always gets me sweating. The studio feels inviting, intentional, & really well thought out. 10/10 recommend!
