This is such a great workout!! I’ve taken I think 8-9 classes over the past few months and they’ve all been so challenging in the best way. Truly I saw changes in my body, balance and core that I didn’t expect, especially being incredibly new to the Pilates/Lagree world. Ellie and Bryce are both fantastic instructors and their playlists are so good! I’m excited to keep coming back

I attend Tremble classes in Ohio already and was delighted to find that the only Tremble in CA is only 20 mins away from our vacation rental! Joanna (the owner) was so kind and welcoming on the phone to arrange my classes, and I did my first one with Jonathan at 7:30am today. WOW - what a great workout! So challenging, energizing, and encouraging. Jonathan's energy was super fun, and he did a great job of demonstrating the moves and pacing. 10/10 Experience!! Throughout my 15 year fitness journey, Tremble has truly been the most impactful and has completely transformed my body! I leave each class feeling 10X better than when I walked in, both physically and mentally! I have taken a handful of different instructors and each one of them has been fantastic! Overall, by far the top Pilates studio I have been to in OC! HIGHLY recommended!
