The worst. I have never seen such a poor reflection on real estate or brokerage office if that's what this even is. Had a showing CONFIRMED on a house in Columbus Ohio. My agent and I get there, there's no keys in the lockbox. My agent called the "agent" listing the house and texted. I called left voicemail no call back. I call today as well to the main office and supposedly my message was going to be forwarded to the listing agent. Ridiculous. Clearly they don't care about service or need the money. Realtor here: I tried reaching the agent Shontay Rose and the brokerage. No one answers. They must be out of business. If they are in business they must treat clients poorly. Hard to reach anyone.
0 stars. Don't recommend looking at properties listed by Trelora. Put in offers on 2 different properties (1 at the listed price) and couldn’t get a response. While that would obviously mean the offer wasn't accepted, it's seriously not that hard to actually communicate that instead of just ignoring calls and emails. I won't be looking at any properties listed by Trelora going forward in my home search.
Unprofessional experience with Isabella Crandall. It took me numerous days to get a simple offer presented to her client. Would not recommend this agent or brokerage.
