Great experience at the outset. The broker then repeatedly didn't respond to texts and emails. Unprofessional. I literally thought that Trelora was going out of business. Trelora proves the adage that incompetent people can screw up a good idea. I would not use them again. There are other low cost residential real estate firms that appear to be more responsive.
The worst. I have never seen such a poor reflection on real estate or brokerage office if that's what this even is. Had a showing CONFIRMED on a house in Columbus Ohio. My agent and I get there, there's no keys in the lockbox. My agent called the "agent" listing the house and texted. I called left voicemail no call back. I call today as well to the main office and supposedly my message was going to be forwarded to the listing agent. Ridiculous. Clearly they don't care about service or need the money. Realtor here: I tried reaching the agent Shontay Rose and the brokerage. No one answers. They must be out of business. If they are in business they must treat clients poorly. Hard to reach anyone.
