Everyone in the store is super nice and helpful but not pushy and annoying. They have most of the bikes & accessories you see online in stock to buy on the spot. After you buy the bike they fine tune it to exactly how the bike should be set up for your weight, etc. The bike mechanic if you will, was very passionate about his craft and told me he had 30 years experience. I had a great overall experience buying a SuperFly MTB. Richie, Dave, and Jim offered great suggestions based on their own riding experience. The free 30-day tune-up was an unexpected perk and resulted in making the necessary adjustments to suit my needs. Great team in Wilmington!
Just want to say thanks and give a shout out to the Pottstown store. I had a bike I hadn't used in years--it had 2 flat tires and seriously needed a tune up. I took it in today and they told me it would be done by Monday. Unfortunately, I have an out of state trip planned and had procrastinated on taking it in--I really needed it by Friday morning so I could take it with me. They were able to fit me in and had it done extremely quickly, and the bike looks like new. Huge thanks to them and looking forward to some adventures!

It's about the service and expertise. They excel, and have a well-stocked parts department to back it up. And their own parking lot (important in Newark).
