RecommendedAmazing experience they helped me get fitted and found the right road bike. They even had a nice little neighborhood behind the store for a test ride. I’m a beginner but they took the time to explain everything.
Just wanted to thank Jim for freeing up my left hand Ultegra shifter. He was able to clean, re-lube and restore the shifter. Thanks for taking the time and patience!! Much appreciated!
So disappointed. Service not completed on my bike as it was still dirty when I went to pick it up. After I pointed it out, someone came out with a rag and wiped my bike down. That was it! Very busy, no social distancing, and an 'oh well' attitude. This was NOT done - Align and adjust brakes, align and adjust shifting, adjust headset, inspect bottom bracket, bike wash. A quick test ride around the block. What a joke. Don't waste your time or your money.
This year is new first year starting to ride. I am currently training to do Bike to the Bay(for MS). I love it. Trek (Adam) was so great to helping me to found the right bike. Dave is always helpful when I am have Mechanical issues.
Dropped off my bike for a flat repair. Employee leans my bike against the wall and it falls over as I am leaving. It wasn’t until that happened did they take it to the back of the store. Staff appeared rushed.

Got an amazing deal recently that I couldn’t find online. They price matched the pedals, entertained me with some roadie talk and taught me some things along the way. Had a slight issue on my ride this morning so stopped in just as they opened and was back on my way in minutes at no charge.
Richie, Dave, and Ben are awesome! They all took great care of me while looking for a new bike. Dave really took the time with me to help me understand everything and make a solid choice. Absolutely stoked on my new bike and will forever be coming to this location!
