Was eyeing a Madone SL5 Gen 8 road bike for several months. But yesterday, when I finally bought it, had a great experience purchasing my very 1st Trek road bike. And Matt made the experience worthwhile. He really went above and beyond to help me get the bike and on my way out the door. #1 In Customer Hospitality!! The best bike store in the Conejo Valley by far. I know this because I have been to all of them over the last 35 years. Danny and his staff are top notch. They not only help you but they teach you. Matt, Mark and all the others are fantastic.
