We have used their services a couple of times. We needed our son’s bike chain repaired and when we got him a new bike for Christmas, we brought it here for assembly. The turnaround service was quick and all of the employees here are professional and nice. We will continue to use Trek Bicycle for all of our biking needs
Took my bike in for a tune-up and it came back feeling like a new bike.
Keith and his team took time to explain all of the work and options and answer all of my questions. Excellent customer service and quality work. My bike is much improved after the tune-up! Also great communication (text, etc.) and quick turnaround. I've had other bike repair experiences that were straight-up stressful, so I was glad that this one was easy and stress-free. Great store, great customer service, and great location!
Always a great atmosphere and very helpful with my biking needs. This teams knows how to resolve any weird issue with my bike and close to my neighborhood which is very convenient!
