They spent a lot of time getting to know his needs and riding skill before directing us to the best bike to fit his needs. We left the store understanding how to safely use the gears on his new bike and he was well fitted for his size.

Jacob is awesome. Replaced both tubes for us yesterday and took the time to show us how the Presta valves worked as we are new to road bikes. He also guaranteed a podium for my son in his tri the next morning which turned out to be correct. :) He is a valuable asset to your store!

The amount of knowledge I gained and all the information about cycling in the area just really blew me away. Ben was incredible. He fit me with the perfect bike and didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing everything! It’s a kind of shop or you just want to go back and hang out!
Jacob and crew did a heck of a job doing a total build up of my outdated 1.5. Seriously, fits better then ever before and rides almost like a lighter snappier new bike now.
