I have been to Trek Bicycle Store several times over the years and have always had great service. Bought my first mtb from these guys a month ago. Was interested in a large frame because that is what was recommended for how tall I am on the trek website. I Road it and asked them to ring it up. When they did the check on the bike before I paid they asked me if I was running the seat at that height, which I replied yes. They recommended me going up a size and had me try an xl frame. They need to actually consult on selling bikes. Ask potential customer what they plan on doing with a bike, if not in stock, maybe they should recommend options. They should have floor models of all the bikes they sell. not impressed with shop.
I usually know nothing about what I’m looking for & always leave with what I need. Gotten tubes, tires, brake work and bought a used road bike there. Highly recommend!
