We arrived close to closing time and never felt rushed out the door. KC was super helpful at providing information about the bike selection and components in a simple manner for myself, as a newcomer, to understand. Other sales people were also very welcoming and willing to answer any questions. We'll be back!!
I am a huge fan of Trek HP! The professionals that work there have many times gone above and beyond to provide the best advice, sales, service, bike fit, and encouragement that you could ask for. I have purchased three bikes from Trek HP, and all my bikes get serviced there. I literally drive past many other closer bike shops to go to Trek HP. I don't trust anyone else to touch my bikes. Also walking into the store you get an upscale feel immediately. I would give them 6 stars if Facebook let me.

Just bought my Superfly MTB at Trek HP. Bike came much faster than expected and it was assembled in a day. The guys in the store are very knowledgable and always helpful. Best bike store I've been to in years.
I ordered a bike online that was shipped from the warehouse. It took TrekHP less than 24 hours to receive the bike, build it and contact me to arrange pick up. Doesn't get any better than that!
