I don't think I have ever written a google review before but I think this Trek store deserves it. I went there a few month back to get my bike serviced. I had previously brought my bike a different shop for service and when i went to pick it up, my bike was in worse condition than I dropped it off. Went in today to explore Trek’s e-bike offerings. One employee was serving a customer but still could have greeted us. I roamed around for 10 minutes, no one even looked at me. My daughter and I remained completely unnoticed. We went to Specialized near Uptown and bought a bike there instead. The store itself was very clean and inviting though.
