I have continued to have an excellent experience at this bike shop! Doug, Ansel, Ang, and the entire team were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I purchased an e-cargo bike and had them confirm it was in good condition before fully committing. Doug took the time to ensure the e-bike was in solid condition, and provided input on what needed to be repaired, whilst also taking the time to answer any questions I had. Went in to buy a bike with my husband and we were ignored for 10 minutes before my husband just went up and asked someone for help. Incredibly rude customer service.
