Incredible customer service and incredibly grateful to Ang, Doug and the team at Trek of CLT South. From ordering my bike online, through to collection on Saturday, the team were amazing and I am very grateful to them for all their assistance. The bike fitting was thorough and Doug took the time to get it spot on. Then spent a lot of time packing the bike up so I could travel with it the next day. Can't speak highly enough of this wonderful team. Thanks guys!
Very professional from initial survey of work to be performed until final pick-up. Bikes never looked this good. Very pleased with our experience.
Great staff and very knowledgeable. Always looking out for the customers interest as to what exactly they are looking for. Great selection of bikes and accessories. I end up purchasing a Marlin 6 Gen 3, Jakob was very helpful and ANG is the real deal….i had a small issue with the bike and she corrected the problem right away…Thank You Ang…I’ll be back .!! in the near future.😎
