Friendly and efficient staff
Needed help with a repair and called the store. They told me to come on down which I did. Helped me avoid embarrassment about my own inability to make the repair myself and did it on the spot. Super helpful, super friendly and a great range of bikes at excellent prices. Can't recommend highly enough.
Like other customers I went to this Trek store this morning and was looking to spend $1,000+ on a new hybrid bike. There were several people working and not one of them even looked my way. I spent 10 -15 min looking at the bikes then walked over by the counter and still no employee seemed to care. I left went to REI and they were extremely helpful. Hello Cannondale!
Customer service sucks
I am brand new to cycling and have an old outdated bike. I was having some issues and they were so helpful getting me right and explaining how to handle basic mechanical issues with my bike .. Also did a few minor adjustments and repairs for me. I will definitely be back as I continue riding and decide to upgrade next spring. I would highly recommend them and I thank them for their time
