David helped me surprise my husband with an e-bike for Christmas and went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Their customer service is genuinely focused on meeting the customer’s needs. They’ve certainly earned my loyalty.
Knowledgeable friendly staff. They didn't try to sell me anything they just gave me lots of good information and let me choose. I have every confidence that they'll take great care of us after the sale as well. This will be my bike shop for a long time to come.
This place is great. I ordered a kids bike and it came quickly in time for Christmas. The bike is exceptional quality and looks! Joe checked in throughout the process and was excellent. What I didn’t expect was him to continually check in and make sure we didn’t have any issues and that the bike is running well. Not once trying to sell my anything. Top notch store and products with top notch customer service. Don’t go anywhere else!
