My wife purchased the new Charter+. Ryan, our salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. The bike wasn’t in their store so they had to have it delivered from another and it came in within a week. Ryan notified us right away. He set up the bike and when we got there he went over the operation with her. He greeted us at the door! Very nice and professional young man. Other employees there were also very nice and helpful too. Great purchase experience. I highly recommend this store for purchase or service.
