I'm not a bike expert, I just enjoy the occasional ride. So I appreciate that the staff didn't talk down to me and took the time to explain what needed to be fixed on my bike.
The service I receive here is always good. The staff is always helpful. You won't go wrong bringing or buying your bike here.

Carrie and Chris spent a ton of time helping us as we looked at different bikes for Isaiah, Cless, and myself. Explained different pros and cons for each bike and their most applicable uses. They fitted each of us to the bikes we chose, and were really awesome to work with. We purchased bikes 8 years ago at a different Trek dealer and this experience was light years ahead and much, much better than at the other dealership.
