Customer Service is clearly a top priority here and is far and above better than any other bike shop I've been in. I've been a few times now for various items all the way from a helmet and shoes, new bike shopping, and tuning up my current rides. Each time I have been greeted by a friendly employee or the owner herself and taken care of in the most professional manner. I stopped in there a couple days ago when the brakes went out on one of my kids' bikes while we were out riding. Even though they were super busy, they took the time to fix my child's bike! They worked on it for a long time & didn't even charge me! Joseph was amazing! He brought me in the back and explained the issue with the bike and how he had fixed it.
