Talk about friendly & helpful. My wife and I were visting Victoria from Alberta and of course had our ebikes with us. As it was my wife developed a problem with the brakes on her ebike. After spending 2 days trying to find a repair shop and not having to wait 2 weeks we had literally given up. Then as we were riding one day, we came across the Trek store. **Customer service needs much improving.** After making an appointment for my Allant7+ for a tune up, I felt that I was treated by the rep as nuisance. I had to explain some issues several times as he appeared not to listen. When I asked when the bike would be ready, he did not know. After asking for a ballpark figure, I was told anytime between one to four hours, depending how busy they were, even though I had made an appointment.
