Amazing bike store! Always came here for my bike repairs and the guys were always so quick and explained everything clearly and completed the work efficiently and affordably. Thanks Trek!

**Customer service needs improvement.** After making an appointment for my Allant7+ for a tune up, I felt that I was treated by the rep as nuisance. I had to explain some issues several times as he appeared not to listen. When I asked when the bike would be ready, he did not know. After asking for a ballpark figure, I was told anytime between one to four hours, depending how busy they were, even though I had an appointment. Two stars for customer service, four for dealing with the repair.

I had no idea buying a bike could be such an informative and positive experience! Bill was a pleasure to work with during the entire process, and the other staff were very helpful as well. They also have good dog treats as well 🤣 Highly recommend!
