I took my road bike in for derailleur issues. The staff offered to take a quick look and ended up making the problem worse. I asked them to revert whatever damage they did. The staff were then rude and dismissive and told me to wait and make an appointment. Follow up: I ended up going to Marty's Mountain Cycle to get my bike fixed. The staff at Marty's were kind and professional and were able to fix my problem in less than 5 minutes at a cost of $6. I highly suggest going to Marty's for any repairs instead of Trek.
Best bike shop in town. The staff are outstanding, so helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. Don't go anywhere else.
Walked my bike in because my chain got wedged 1/2way during my commute. The guys in there, especially Bill, were super kind & cool to fix up my laughably low-end e-bike & get me on my way real quick. I so appreciate you dudes for being so gracious - thanks tonnes!
Troy and Tom are fantastic individuals. My wife and I are vacationing on the island and we decided to rent e-bikes. The service and time they took introducing us to e-bikes has been a wonderful experience. They carry a great product Trek. They have superior service and an amazing shop. Thanks guys👍
