Had some issues arise during a day in the city, dropped in for some help and they were able to get on it and have it done very quickly. Very nice, knowledgeable, and professional staff. Might be the best looking bike shop I've ever stepped into, just want to hang out and take in the vibe! They're enough of a reason to purchase a Trek bike because you know the service will be outstanding. Thanks again guys!

Took my Supercaliber MTB in for much-needed suspension and drive train service. I received great service, work was completed and the bike rides like new.
Came in thinking I was going to have to replace my rear derailleur, Colin with service went through and diagnosed problems, some proper torquing and cable adjustment with good knowledge of the SRAM transmission system. Back in business and better than it was before. Inexpensive cost, recommend the great service.
