i dropped off my bike on a thursday morning for a new brake assembly, was headed out of town until that saturday and was anticipating picking it up on the saturday that i came back. while i still picked it up on saturday, the guys/girls at the shop had the whole service completed before i had left town on thursday, which was way earlier than im used to with other bike shops. reasonable prices too, was 60$ to install a new front brake lever line and caliper and have it all bled through
My son just purchased his 3rd marlin 6 trek bike here, which he uses to ride to work 365. Great bicycles and great service. It's a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend
I highly recommend Trek Pottstown. Their team is welcoming and knowledgeable, and every visit has exceeded our expectations. Store Manager Whitney made my family feel comfortable, took the time to answer all our questions, and did an excellent job fitting my children with the right equipment. This shop has great bikes and even better service. We’ll definitely be back!
I forget the gentleman’s name who helped me find a skewer for my bikes back tire. It is an older style trek, but I was treated with the upmost respect. The gentleman also gave my bike an overall check to ensure the tires were facing properly, and had enough air. Thank you for the experience!
