In my experience, bike shops can be dicey with repairs if you have a functioning old bike and aren’t interested in a new one. Wasn’t the case at all here! The guys at the counter were professional and pleasant. Fixed me up with a new intertube faster than I expected and had me on my way. Will return.
I strongly dislike writing bad reviews, but I feel obligated to help people avoid bad business practices or services. I took my bicycle (classic) for repair of the right brake only.. The service had b(Quinn) looked at the bike, took it in after I showed him the issue. I waited 3 days for a response. After 3 days I called asking him about it. He said he didn't look at it yet. Hala was absolutely AMAZING! From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and immediately tuned into what I needed. She didn’t try to oversell me—she truly listened and understood that I just wanted to enjoy my ride without the discomfort I’d been experiencing from saddle pain. I really like how the entire staff made me feel right at home! I thought I was gonna be homesick from my former bike shop since I moved to Philly and I swear you guys made me feel right at home! I love the honesty I was given which allowed me to make the right decision that was much needed for my safety!
