Shon and Drew gave great service in the front of the house, and the people on the back were great at getting the bike all set up. Drew listened to what my needs were, and he suggested a bike that would be a better fit than the one I had thought that I wanted. Too long of a wait for repairs, no appointments offered.
I sort of think this place is snotty and insufferable with the exception of a handful of employees who will courteously and genuinely helpfully sell you what will be an excellent, expensive, mint-condition bike. Maybe it's just that I don't like mint.♂️ Seriously, if you have money you want to fork-over (to shop that will recognize your credit card before your face always) on a top-of-the-line bike you can get one here.
