Norbert from the Trek New Farm store provided excellent advice, assistance when i was shopping for my new bike. I had to order my bike as there wasn't one available in my size. Norbert followed up regularly to keep me informed while i was waiting for my Trek Domane bike to arrive from the overseas manufacturer.
