The precision fit with David was awesome. First time I have gotten a fit and was really talked through the process, and what the changes being made where actually doing. Greatly appreciate being able to be squeezed in at the last minute also.
Great customer service, very knowledgeable staff. Service department does an excellent job! Just went in for a professional fitting with Dave a week ago. I am so grateful for the expert help I received!!!! I purchased my Trek bike elsewhere and had been riding it for five years and it was never adjusted to fit me properly until last week! Two thumbs up for Jarrett for helping me find a bike rack that my Trek Verve+ E-Bike with fenders would work with. They had Saris racks set up on the display floor and a bike just like mine in the showroom. He didn't think the Superclamp EX would work just like a rep at Saris thought, but he helped me test fit the bike in the showroom on the bike rack and we got it to fit so the bike could be safely transported without affecting the fenders.
