Very knowledgeable and kind folks, who take the time to diagnose and treat the issue, and explain the issue to the customer. I would rather wait a while for quality work, which Trek Forest Hills is known for doing, rather than constantly coming back to the shop for subpar work being done. That said, I choose to keep coming back to this shop because of the warm and friendly staff.

Soooo....This is just my personal experience with this bike shop..I am VERY dissapointed and honestly surprised with my experience with this shop. I bought my newly built Trek Emonda bike to the Trek store after a horrible experience with another local shop. My local bike shop had replaced the small ring and the chain.
