I have been taking my two bikes there for level 1, 2 and 3 services for the past few years. All the staffs are helpful and friendly. They notified me on a recall of my bike that is not from Trek. Very thorough service. Want to shout out to Rob who service my bikes recently with his excellent service. Will keep going back.
