Mike went above and beyond to get repairs done so I could ride on my vacation as planned.
I have taken several bikes in for various services from for the last 2 years and something always goes wrong. One time I got a new chain and they didn't lubricate it so on the first ride mile from my house as soon as I started climbing a hill I had to turn around. When I brought it back in the service manager was really rude about it. Once they did more work than I requested and was quoted for and still charged me.
