Awesome We bought our daugther first "real" bike from here. They are super knowledgable in helping you pick the right bike for your growing childs needs. They also put on some awesome bike runs for all levels during the year!
Not impressed I went to Genesis looking to purchase a trail bike. Because I am a beginner, I had a lot of questions which the person who waited on me did not do a good job of answering. I also explained I had a limited budget, but this person kept showing me products that were too expensive for me. I felt like I was being manipulated and one thing is for sure - I won't be going back. I got the impression that because I wasn't a "local" I wasn't worthy of professional customer service. great local store There is a reason why I've heard that people drive over 1/2 an hour to visit Genesis Bicycles in Easton. Their service and expertise is second to none and they are really community oriented. I purchased my mountain bike from them and havent' had any problems, and they gave me a free tune up for the first year. They organize community bike rides, one of which is called teh ice cream ride in the summer. Anyone is welcome to ride and at the end they treat all riders to free ice cream.
