This place is awesome. What makes it awesome are the great staff members! I was new to cycling and they made sure I left well informed and prepared to get back into the sport. I had purchased a marlin 5 and wasn't in love with it and I was so worried about exchanging after two weeks of use but they made it so effortless and made sure I got a bike that works for my needs and wants. Huge thanks to Gwen, Jim and Antoine!
My husband was there today with my 14 year olds bike and a broken chain. We were on a major time crunch as we were leaving within the hour for college move in with his sister. Everyone was great! Andrew got him to Nick, the mechanic, took the bike he was working on off the rack, put the chain on and got him out the door in 15 minutes and they were back in time to say goodbye! Thank you!

Went in for a rear saddle rack and the service at the Columbia, MD store was great. Without assistance, I would have purchased the wrong item. I have a Verve 3 and didn't realize the Verve rack I saw online was only for the Verve +. Paalo quickly pointed out that the Verv + rack would NOT fit and set me up with correct rack. Thank you Paalo for saving me the disappointment and return trip! --Mike
