My bike tire popped recently and I wanted to fix it so I went to trek. I asked one of the employees if he could fix my bike tire, add a kickstand and a water bottle holder. He did all of it in under 10 minutes and he was overall polite and funny. We brought my bike back but he forgot to add a valve so we went back and he said “long time no see?” Even thought it had been 5 minutes. Which I find funny. Excellent customer service in-store. Always willing to help and answer any questions I had. Brought my bike to get it checked within the 30-day grace period because there was a slight noise in the back while shifting and they took a look at it right away no charge. I love the fact that there's a physical Trek store that I can go to and will resolve any issues I had. The best part is, the 30-day guarantee, return no questions asked.

This place is awesome. What makes it awesome are the great staff members! I was new to cycling and they made sure I left well informed and prepared to get back into the sport. I had purchased a marlin 5 and wasn't in love with it and I was so worried about exchanging after two weeks of use but they made it so effortless and made sure I got a bike that works for my needs and wants. Huge thanks to Gwen, Jim and Antoine!
