I initially visited the store to check out a Dual Sport 3 I had found online, but the size available didn’t fit me. Rachel was incredibly helpful, she took the time to look up inventory nationwide, found the right size for me, and arranged to have it shipped to the store with just a small deposit. A fantastic bike repair shop. I know they sell a lot of cool bikes, too, but they came through on a carbon MTB wheel service when I needed them. Matched a bladed spoke and turned it around same day (another local shop quoted a week or more). Super friendly. 5 stars!!
Excellent service. From the time you enter the shop you're greeted. Customers feel seen and welcomed. Rachel and the team ( didn't get names of the other guys) know what customer service means and they excel at it I showed up with my ebike that needed some adjustments and they squeezed me in right away. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. The next day my husband needed similar adjustments and again we were in and out in about 10 minutes. Our bikes were new hence the adjustments needed.
