Chris is super knowledgeable, patient and very helpful! The store is super clean and well organized. Highly recommended this place!!
Trek makes an outstanding product and that goes without saying but Trek store in Chapel Hill is a special place to bring any bike for service because it is run by GREAT people! They are honest, friendly, competent and they do the right thing. They are in business to serve the local biking community and they do an amazing job of it!
