Had a great experience here with service and buying a bike. Appreciated the thoughtfulness and knowledge of the staff.
Stopped into the store on my ride around Chapel Hill/Durham/Apex/Umstead and was having an issue with my front light (Bontrager mini) which would no longer go into flash mode. They tried a few known fixes, which did not correct the issue and then replaced it with a new Trek version of the same lamp under warranty. Very friendly and helpful team - nice store!
Dan, Brian, and Rachel are awesome! They are always willing to help me out on my projects whether it be splitting a chain, picking out tires, or giving tips for adjusting brakes.
