I usually go to Trek of Cherry Hill, where I got my FX+1s. They're normally great with sales and service. But I just happened to be in Philly. I made an appointment with Joe to get a tune-up. Friendly staff greeted me when I walked in. They asked if I had any issues or concerns while filling out the work order.
