Trek has with no moral regard for their tenants, and shockingly incompetent management. The last straw for me is their current effort to charge me August rent even though my lease ends 7/31 for "not providing written notice," even though I told the property manager several times verbally I would be moving out end of July. Noise is totally un-livable -This apartment is the loudest building I have lived in. Here are noises you can count on every 2-3 minutes -Trains, from the station across the street -Sirens, from the hospital and police station. RecommendedThis place rocks! The management is so friendly and the facilities make living here worth everything! Yes, it’s Auburn...so PAY for a parking spot in the garage. It’s worth it...after all, this IS the car theft capital of Washington State! I never planned on living in Auburn but this place makes it worthwhile. It’s the best apartment you will find in this location. I don’t plan on being here forever but in the meantime, this place makes it enjoyable. So worth it and sooo recommended!
I recommend because it’s nice, new, clean, and the staff is great. Maintenance is quick to respond to work orders. They have a nice outdoor patio with a grilling area. I see comments about parking, if you live in ANY downtown area, get a spot in the garage. It’s worth it! Cars get broken into anywhere . Great access to highway, shopping and restaurants. I rented this site unseen and I am happy here.
A place to avoid.
I will write more when I leave in 2 weeks. I would be careful and make sure you have everything in writing. There is a lot of vandalisum on the street. The facilities are nice. I will give more information in a couple weeks
I would say be-careful where you park... Today my car was stolen from in front of this apartment building... So I encourage you to find somewhere safe to park!!
