This is the second procedure Dr Trehan has done for me- the whole team is wonder and Dr Trehan is compassionate caring informative and doesn’t treat you like a number!!
I would love to to tell about it except it never happened. He was contacted by ER doctor as the on call doctor. He said he would see the patient at the hospital. From 6 pm on Monday to 7 pm Tuesday he failed to see the patients in ICU who continued to bleed . He diagnosed him as non critical without any physical contact from his office. The message conveyed was he doesn't need to be scoped. She was very thorough and listened to my issues, made decisions that she thought was best for me
The doctor and nurses were great. The problem was in the reception area. I was not informed of amount due before visit. Someone in reception taking CC number on speaker phone and repeating out loud several times. Staff complaining about taking calls about billing. DO NOT give CC over phone.
Dr Trehan is very personable and highly qualified with much experience and expertise. He also has an excellent staff with great office and nursing staff such as Robin, Jessica and Amy. The Nurse Practitioner Melanie Jones is superb too. This office is organized, and it runs efficiently. I can't say enough nice things about this medical practice and have been coming for many years.
I literally was a few thousand miles from home when I needed medical treatment from Dr. Trehan. He had also been the trusted GI physician to both my mom and brother over the years. My observation: He listened intently, asked questions pertinent to understanding my situation, and offered a solution to find answers. I was worked in for an endoscopy procedure within 2 days of my initial visit! High marks to Dr. Trehan and his staff.
Dr. Trehan was great and the staff there were very nice! I was in and out in no time. I like that he took the time to personally explain my results and answer my questions.

I’ve went to Dr. Trahan twice so far and every time I’ve been not only are the staff very friendly, but Dr. Trehan truly listens to what you have to say and doesn’t make you feel dumb when you come in with your own suspicions. He truly wants to get down to what is going on! Dr. Trehan is an extremely great doctor and I cannot wait to continue working with him.
