Inquired multiple times about a property, call and emailed. They had a property available for touring and took it down a hour after I paid to view it, waste of my time and money and will be taking my business elsewhere.
Beware their maintenance guy steals from properties. And will make himself home while your gone to work ect.
Terrible communication they do not answer phone calls or text messages for weeks at a time, even for time sensitive emergencies. They do not show properties to potential tenants, they just give them a code to access the property on their own. Would not recommend doing business with them or renting from them either.
If I could give this company no stars or a negative five stars I would.. it's a long story nothing on my end that i could do about the situation. Only they could. They didn't answer calls,messages or follow thru with there end. They caused me to be without a home that I rented. Just yanked it out from under me No warning no nothing because there portal for payment was jacked up. I offered to bring them the deposit or try any other way . Then it went thru before the deadline. But they still did it anyway. I also had to wait t... read more
