Because we had an outstanding experience with Derrick Ogert previously (he was asked by us to act as a consultant regarding the findings of a home inspection that found missing flashing between a deck and exterior wall when we were house hunting), we asked him for an estimate to clean the deck of our new home. He assessed the condition, let us know he would also clean the 2 outside walls attached to the deck.
