Would not recommend. Priced house at $1.03M. Wouldn’t budge. Even online and Zillow say $1.13. This guy is more than 10% off and admittedly undervalued both the house and the property.
If you want a quality appraisal by a top notch firm, Treffer Appraisal Group is the way to go. Thomas Weigand is experienced, honest, accurate and thorough. I felt my appraisal was done with an integrity that was true to the value of my property. I highly recommend and will be using for any future appraisals.
I had them appraise 2 of my property's, both property's came in almost 100k less then what they were sold for. will never do business with them.
