New manager and maintenance! Complex is clean and well kept. Apartments are updated and issues are attended to in a reasonable amount of time. Building issues are being addressed, for example, new roofs. Wayne, the maintenance person, goes above and beyond to assist the residents to the best of his ability; always with a smile and a hello. Its a good place to live!
Wayne is a great manager and will do everything he can do to help. I Hope he stays here a long time. Thank you Wayne for making it easier for everyone!!
Absolutely terrible ! they do not care !
I've been calling a couple times a day for the past few days trying to secure a lease. I have sent an email even I have not got call backs or responses in any fashion even when up there during operation hours and no one was in the office had a sign on the door that said by appointment only can't make an appointment if no one answers
