Very disappointing, especially for the price. We paid around $80 per person, PLUS $20 for parking, and the condition of the equipment was unacceptable. The gear was dirty, extremely worn, and smelled strongly of old sweat and body odor. The helmets were damaged, and even more concerning, our harnesses kept loosening on their own during the activity. The teens that worked there were very helpful, other than that the trail was kind of small and not as good as the pictures looked and expensive for what it was. FYI they said that one observer is free per person. When we got there they explained that each observer gets free access to jungle planet. We didn’t realize that it was access to all of jungle planet so we had already bought tickets for the other members of our party and they were not refundable. Not a huge deal just kind of annoying.
