Awful service - never answer phone calls and messages...
Treestone Property Management does not deserve any stars. They never answer the phone, never return calls, and are not helpful. I was charged a $75 late fee for my annual payment, although it was withdrawn 2 days before the due date. They claim it took them 9 days to post the payment, so I am responsible for the late fee and it will not be reversed. I also just found out that my payments have been "late" every single month for 7 years and they have been waiving the fees for me. I was never told my payments were late. I ... read more
