Called to reschedule because of rain, understandable. Called day of saying they'd be 30 minutes late, never showed. Called them & they said they'd call back to reschedule, never called.
I have been watching this company work on trees inside our large condo development and I am impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. Well done!
